Not sure your Simple Apothecary product is working as expected? Please talk to me! Call or text me directly at (530) 680-8559, or you can email me. I may have some tips and tricks that will make it work better for you.
Within 7 Days of Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or something similar, please email or call me immediately. Send me a picture of what’s wrong within 7 days of delivery, and I will mail you a replacement free of charge.
Within 30 Days of Purchase
If you’re still not happy, mail the product back to me for a full refund of your purchase price.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Printed Items
The following policy has been supplied by my third-party printer, Printful.
Printed items are not made by Simple Apothecary- they are made and sent by Printful. All printed products, such as t-shirts, sweatshirts and totes are supplied by an independent third-party. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact Simple Apothecary directly within 4 weeks of delivery.
The return address MUST BE the Printful facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to Simple Apothecary. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful’s facility isn’t used as the return address, your return will NOT be processed.
